SHIPPING
- In-stock items ship the same or next business day of your order.
- Shipping costs can be previewed in the shopping cart.
- We offer "live" calculated shipping costs to your delivery location and a tracking number.
- We may offer free shipping on some items as a sale/discount. Simply look for the
logo!
PAYMENT
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Google Wallet for domestic orders. We can also accept check or money order for domestic purchases as an alternate payment method for those who are unable to pay electronically. Please call us at 586-231-1821 to arrange check/ money order payments.
- International orders (outside the U.S.) must use Paypal.
- If PayPal is used, the shipping address must match the billing address on the Paypal account and be confirmed.
RETURN POLICY
- Please
examine your order when it arrives. Before using the item, please
make sure it's exactly what you ordered. If you feel you received the
wrong merchandise, please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com
or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. We will
gladly correct any error that may have occurred and assist you in every
way possible.
- Damaged Items:
In the event your order arrives damaged you must notify us
immediately, AudioVideo4me will replace the item, pay the cost of
shipping the replacement to you and the cost of returning the damaged
item to AudioVideo4me. In rare instances, replacement may not be
possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event
we will offer a refund or substitute.
- Items not working properly within 30 days of purchase:
Please
contact the Manufacturer's customer/technical support first for assistance. Most issues are the result of improper use/installation and can be
remedied. In the event that your item is truly defective within the
first 30 days of purchase, please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to arrange an exchange. Returned items may be tested once they are received. Defective items will be exchanged at no additional cost to the buyer within the first 30 days on domestic orders. International buyers will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchange items. Items found to be working properly will not be exchanged and will be returned to the purchaser. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and bench test fees in this situation
- Problems with merchandise after 30 days: Merchandise may also be covered by a manufacturer's warranty that may extend beyond our posted 30 day warranty period .
Any warranty coverage after our 30 warranty period is between the purchaser and the manufacturer. In order to keep your prices low, we do not build the cost of servicing purchases beyond 30 days into the prices we charge. If you are having trouble with an item after 30 days and you believe it may covered by a manufacturer warranty, we can assist you in facilitating a remedy via the manufacturer warranty if you desire. Please note that shipping / handling/ processing fees will apply to cover the cost of this assistance. Please note that an additional bench test fee of up to $35 per item may be assessed to cover the cost of testing items that are found not to be defective. - Return for Refund: New, unused and unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com or use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page
to obtain an RA number before shipping an item. All
returns must contain original packaging, literature and accessories. A return processing fee of 20% will apply to new and unopened items returned for a refund. Items that are opened, not returned in sealed original packaging and in
same condition sent will have a processing fee of up to
50% applied to cover the additional cost of inspection, testing, and reduction
in value. Installed / used items cannot be returned for refund. Returns received that are missing packaging, warranty cards, paperwork or any parts are not refundable. Special orders and coded-key bypass modules are not refundable. Shipping is not refundable.
