SHIPPING INFORMATION
- In-stock items ship the same or next business day of your order.
- Shipping costs can be previewed in the shopping cart.
- We offer "live" calculated shipping costs to your delivery location and a tracking number.
- We don't practice "free shipping" gimmicks (higher prices to cover the shipping costs).
- We may offer free shipping on some items as a sale/discount. Simply look for the
logo!
PAYMENT POLICY
- We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Google Wallet for domestic orders.
- International orders (outside the U.S.) must use Paypal.
- If PayPal is used, the shipping address must match the billing address on the Paypal account.
RETURN POLICY
- Please
examine your order when it arrives. Before using the item, please
make sure it's exactly what you ordered. If you feel you received the
wrong merchandise, please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com
or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page. We will
gladly correct any error that may have occurred and assist you in every
way possible.
- Damaged Items:
In the event your order arrives damaged you must notify us
immediately, AudioVideo4me will replace the item, pay the cost of
shipping the replacement to you and the cost of returning the damaged
item to AudioVideo4me. In rare instances, replacement may not be
possible if the item becomes discontinued or out of stock. In that event
we will offer a refund or substitute.
- Items that are not working properly within the first 30 days:
Having trouble getting the item you purchased to work properly? Please

included with your item first for assistance or contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page.
Most issues are the result of improper use/installation and can be
remedied. In the event that your item is truly defective within the
first 30 days of purchase , please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page to arrange an exchange.
- Problems with merchandise after 30 days:
Merchandise we sell may also be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We will gladly assist you in contacting the manufacturer so you are

- Return for Refund: In the event you wish to return purchased items, you may return unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at customercare@audiovideo4me.com or click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page
to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending anything back. All
returns must be new and unopened and contain the original packaging,
manuals, instructions and accessories. A minimum twenty percent (20%)
manufacturer's restocking fee will apply. Opened items, special orders,
and coded key bypass modules are not refundable. Shipping is not
refundable.
